JS not included for cached headers in swftools page

The standalone page (swftools/page/nnnn) is missing inclusion of headers JS code that is stored in cache table in case of JS placement in header or footer.

Additionally there is no inclusion of SWFObject2 JS file for all kinds of JS placement.
Sure there is an option to add JS to all pages, but in the case of serving the cached page with stored JS headers, it's obvious to include SWFObject2 automatically.

Here's a patch that solves this 2 issues.
