I am seeing these in the d.o dblog, they come from the autoload module and are apparently caused by some drush script running on util.

Hmm, I dug a bit around: there are heaps of similar messages.

I am not sure that these actually are error messages, though.

We are running a fairly recent (14.3.) dev build of autoload.

Looks like it's happening on random normal page requests now too, including some where it generates about a page in a row of messages..

Tagged a new version of Autoload 6.x-2.1 for deployment on d.org that has this watchdog disabled by default but enable-able via a $conf variable.
