Panels - Node Terms - Title

I am using mini panels and in a mini panel, I am having many different content pieces (panes?). Some of the panes are fields from nodes - and they show up with the field label and content as I want. Some of the panes are 'Node terms' (from vocabularies). They don't show up with the title (Vocabulary). They only show the terms. If I want to create a title by overriding in the panels UI, the title shows up but with a H2 font size. My mini panel thus has some panes with normal font size and some (those from vocabularies) with bigger font size. I want to be able to make all of them look uniform.

I've spent days trying to figure this out myself. I am not a programmer and I was hoping I can get to this without needing custom code. But if that is the only way, I am willing to learn through tutorial/help, if available. I am looking for some guidance/tutorial to know what to write and where, if I have to write custom CSS class/id.
