Use JS to 'flash' title when a new message is posted to chatroom

On Facebook, if someone posts a new message to a chat or a chat room, the title of the web page is changed, momentarily, to 'New message from [name]', then back to whatever it was before (usually this happens twice or three times).

This is an excellent way to allow users to leave the window minimized in Windows, or behind other windows with the title showing, so users can be doing other things in the foreground, and still know when a new message appears in the chat room window.

Should be relatively simple to do in JS, and I would do it if I had the time... but just wanted to make sure I posted this feature request before I forgot about it.
