I've installed version 6.x-2.4, entered the API key, etc. The system seems to have connected to MailChimp as it sees my list. But the subscription block does not show up. There is a listing on the Blocks screen that says "Mailchimp Subscription Form: Newsletter" but no nothing shows up in the region I put that form in. Instead, there's a link that says "Newsletter Subscription" that takes me to a page that has a "save settings" button but nothing else. Looking at the page code, there are some hidden fields but no input fields.

What am I missing to get this thing to work?

Seems that at least two settings are required:
The Role: I think this one usually defaults to all, but with this module it seems that you HAVE to select the role(s) for whom you would like to see the form
Subscription Method: Opt-In

IMHO there should be a warning somewhere, also user 0 should be able to see it without enabling stuff
