Unable to browse for video when "Hide from Vimeo.com" is selected in Vimeo Plus

When a video is hidden from Vimeo.com using the plus account but is allowed to be embedded at a particular domain you cannot browse for the video. Or if you paste in the URL it cannot download the thumbnail.
