I am looking for a way to establish a quiz like this:

It's collect oll the unswer under 3 rows:
1th 2th 3th
and then give a statistic:
1th - 30%
2th - 40%
3th - 30%

I have tried a way in quiz and yet didn't find.
Can I do it?
