Even i translate the text (title and explication) in localization or in the blog module him self i don't get the translation the node/add page. I am facing the same issue With book page text (title and explication), forum topic (title) and story (title).
I apreciate any help to get this right, thanks.

just if some one has the same problem than me...Do it in the administration/content management/content type
