Checking the current 6.x-2.x version of views-exposed-form.tpl.php I see that a new views-widget-$id was added, but there are a few additional minor improvements which should be made for consistency - missing semi-colons in print statements, and an extra class added to the buttons block to help differentiate it from the other form fields.
