I have enabled

uc_stock module
administer product stock

for my store admin and they are able to access/edit product stock via the individual product pages HOWEVER when viewing the stock report / overview page (accessed via admin/store/reports/stock on a default installation) under the operations header the link to "edit" is not available/visible (for me, as superadmin, it is there) yet it points to the page that they have access to anyway, ie editing the stock by going -> view individual product -> stock tab -> edit.
Is this a bug or is there another permission that controls this?

They also have the following permission among others:

uc_reports module
view reports

They need "administer products" to be able to see the "edit" link from the reports page, but as there is a separate "administer product stock" permission, I think this should be considered a bug.
