The Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach errors are now fixed in 7.x-2.x-dev as a part of another issue.

Token errors are unrelated to XML sitemap.

The undefined index errors are odd because there's no way those should happen in xmlsitemap_taxonomy_xmlsitemap_link_info_alter() and have not been able to duplicate this. Maybe try and re-confirm using the latest code (7.x-2.x-dev)?
