In #1106484-21: Provide overview of all mappings for all bundles I removed the embedded help text for the namespaces page so we could move it, along with instructions for the mappings overview, to hook_help(). The namespace page changes were committed, but the hook_help() portion has not been, so there are no instructions for admin/config/services/rdf/namespaces. My fault.

We should implement hook_help() and begin using that for all admin pages.
