Per the specs (http://feed2.w3.org/docs/rss2.html#optionalChannelElements), can you add in these fields under 'Field Usage' too?

They are all added in new 6.x-2.x-dev branch which I have just pushed.

Please note though that it is still under development, so things still could change, although most main features should work fine. And if possible I would love to get some feedback on this version!
