If the message is sen to a role, there unsubscribe doesn't work for that thread, because any other reply/message sent from user with permissions "send to role" xxx is send to all members of that role.
which partially make sense, but on the other hand , if someone want to remove from that thread, there is no option for it, unsubscribe or delete doesn;t work, because with any other message he/she get this thread again.

I see the problem, but I'm not sure how to fix it. The problem is that there is no connection between the hidden actual recipients of a message and the role recipient. So, if you send a message to two roles, but the person that replies is only allowed to write to one of these roles, then it gets complicated when trying to figure out to whose users a reply should be sent now..

If you feel that this issue is still valid, feel free to re-open and update it (and any possible patch) to work with the 7.x-1.x branch (bug fixes only) or the 7.x-2.x branch.
