After upgrading please clear the caches. The style and row plugins will be there.

I've just downloaded this module too (tried dev and 6.x-2.0-alpha1 too): cleared caches etc... and still no plugin visible. It seems @SocialNicheGuru is not alone..had tried disabling/uninstalling, clearing caches (again) and re-installing, have played with module weight and so on. Nothing in PHP/MySQL error logs indicating a problem.

Then a *doh!* moment... Am using Views 2... and 6.x-2.x needs Views 3.

Only solution was to revert 6.x-1.4 - all fine.

It's there on the homepage, but I think the documentation/README.txt needs an explicit statement in the 6.x-2.x documentation to state this dependency on Views 3:

This version of FullCalendar requires specific versions of the following:
The 6.x-3.x branch of Views (http://drupal.org/project/views)
The 6.x-2.x branch of jQuery Update (http://drupal.org/project/jquery_update)
Version 1.7 of jQuery UI (http://drupal.org/project/jquery_ui)
