See attached. Any idea why it would look like that?

The graph uses the fluid image technique so that it fills the width of it's container. Are you using Internet Explorer? What version? If so we may be able to improve it with -ms-interpolation-mode:

How to fix crappy IE image scaling

Actually, it looks the same whether I use Chrome, Firefox, or IE.

Might be worth mentioning that I'm using the block in a panel page.

wow, that is strange. Does the issue remain if you switch the theme to Garland? Are you able to provide a link to a public URL?

I just tried it in Garland and it's the same. Sorry but I can't provide a link; it's a secure page and I can't really put this info out on a public page.

One thing I'm seeing... the img tag for the chart is being generated with style="height:80px; width:100%"... if I remove the height attribute, it looks good.

The height attribute is by design; since it's not reproducible there's not much else we can do. On final hypotheses, perhaps your ISP or PC is using a web accelerator, causing the image to be resampled twice.

Anyway, #1151826: Switch to interactive / vector charts should render this issue moot.

Might be that our university's web infrastructure is IIS. Oh well, not a huge deal. Thanks.
