PNG transparency does not work in IE 5.5 and 6. Different themes such as the Acquia themes have a fix for this that someone with the know-how might be able to integrate into BlueMasters. I did get around this simply by using a .gif logo instead of a .png, so it's not really a big deal to me right now, but am opening a new task in case anyone is ambitious enough to work on it.
