Create functionality in the theme settings page to enable and disable the breadcrumb. It would also be nice to be able to select what region the breadcrumb shows up in or to put it in a block.

Implemented basic toggle for enabling/disabling breadcrumbs. It would have been nice to put it into a certain region as well, but because of the preprocessing structure, it's too risky.
Down the road the region placement might go into plinko.
