add support for newer options for flexpaper [#1159076]

This patch presumably adds support for some newer params of the flexpaper viewer:

ViewModeToolsVisible
ZoomToolsVisible
NavToolsVisible
CursorToolsVisible
SearchToolsVisible

seems like should add MinZoomSize and MaxZoomSize settings to make ZoomToolsVisible works :D

This patch worked great! I had to edit the paths to the files in them first though before they applied successfully. Thank you.
