Provinces are not used in Danish addresses, and to boot the list of Danish provinces provided is outdated.
I suggest provinces be removed from dk.inc.

I understand the concept and in France we also don't use provinces. This being said, I don't think that the provinces should be removed from the file. Instead, we should not display the province when displaying the address on screen.
So if you have a better (updated) list, great, and if you have a better format for the address, wonderful!

mikl CreditAttribution: mikl commented#2: Well, there is administrative bodies that have replaced the previous provinces, but these have been reduced to oversight public health care, transportation and a few other minor matters. In the normal life of a healthy Danish citizen, what region you live in matters not at all.
Also, since this module is mainly concerned with addresses, and these regions are not used in Danish addresses, I don't really see the point of including them here.
There's now only five of them, you can find both Danish and English names on the Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regions_of_Denmark :)
