newly added tags through HS are not reported in watchdog

Core taxonomy term additions are reported in watchdog which can be useful for editorial tag vocabulary maintenance. Since the core Drupal functionality is giving the good example, not following it is i.m.h.o. a usability bug or at least lowering the standard. If however this is considered a feature, then please consider it for the same arguments.
