I'm rather new to profile installations and am wondering what is the procedure for upgrading a profile installation to a newer version?

Also what is your plan to upgrade OpenChurch profile to D7?

It will be sometime this year when I start messing with D7. One of the holdups has been skinr D7 support but I am willing to work around that to get a D7 build if I have to.
