This is a really useful module.
Unfortunately I had to give up with it on a site with lots of menu items and taxonomy terms.
UI takes a lot of time to display, menu items hierarchy is often broken, and that makes the module unusable.
UI should really be reworked.
But is the module still actively developed (This is marked as Unknown on the project page)?
