Hi, I would like to use this module to get others to commit to a promise I created. I haven't been able to fully test the module but I am under the impression that I can create a promise, say I want x # people to sign it and then other people then sign the promise .... until my goal is either met or not met (I love the idea of having the chipin module integrated)

So anyway, I would like to be able to display a couple of blocks:

1) A block to show a promise based on some criteria (This months promise .. or latest promise ...or promises made in the last x days.) Something like that. With a link to go to the promise. (Sign this or read more)

2) A block to show the promise that just made its goal (for example, I say I am trying to get 1000 people by the end of the month to sign the promise and I acheive it) -- ideally you could also select the number of successes to show ... 1, 2, 3 etc ...

And another cool idea would be to show all of the promises someone commited to on their user account page. So you could see a 'My Promises' section, differentiating which promised they created and which of other peoples promises they signed.

I really like this module and I love that no matter what you try to do in Drupal, someone has contributed a useful module. Thanks,
Julie

I am actively developing some frontend work to Promise right now for a site the Reynolds School of Journalism is launching March 1st. You should see this module actively evolving in the next 2 weeks...

I uploaded a major code update last night, but there are still no blocks. We are creating custom pages for views at this point because it gives us more flexibility and allows making changes more quickly.
