This would allow you to force the day/week view to only display 8am-5pm, for example.

This can now be done from other modules in code, as of #1311430: Allow other modules to provide FullCalendar options.

To do this in the GUI, we need #1326772: Devise a way for other modules to add settings to the FullCalendar style options.
