If you select FullCalendar as Format the UI of Views gets out of control. Sees like an javascript error to me. But if I try to apply some settings some didn't show up at clicking or if they do and I click Apply/Cancel I am asked do download some file?! Tested with FF 4 and Chome 11. Both the same.
Latest dev versions of Views, Date, FullCalendar.

Are you using the very latest version of CTools?

If so, please upload a screenshot of what happens to the UI.
