Could it be possible to add the choice of not having to change <<>a href=....<>>blahblahblah<<>/a<>> to <<>go href=....<>>blahblahblah<<>/go<>> at all?

i.e., it would be really nice to use this module and the Input Filter it creates with certain content types so that you do not have to modify the urls (like External Link Page module). Any thoughts on this?
