I wound up just creating a block and throwing the live chat code into it. I can then control on which pages it displays just like any other block. Probably not the same functionality as in the module and it required a little php but was simple. Still, I think that people will be using 6.x for awhile since there are still some major modules that haven't been ported to 7.x.
I see you have posted a Drupal 6 version of this module on your personal website to download. Will this be added to the module page soon as a stable release that is supported by Banckle?
Edit: Just noticed that you aren't the developer of this module. Do you work for them or did you make this custom script for your own purposes?
I'm not the developer of this module and didn't work for them. I have backported it for one of my project requirement. Posted here so that it helps the people who need it in drupal 6
We will appreciate if you can follow the below mentioned steps to create your department from Banckle Chat web console and then check your Drupal settings.
Add your department name and mark check boxes appearing next to your Banckle Chat Operators
Press Create to save your newly created department
Similarly, you may create your deployment widget from the console. Once done, please sign into your Drupal account and access your Banckle Chat module settings using Banckle account credentials. During module activation step, you will find the newly created deployment accessible for the activation.
Please try this at your end and in case you find any difficulty, please talk to our live customer support team on our website or share your feedback here, and we will be happy to assist you further.

it_mohit CreditAttribution: it_mohit commentedHi ledom ,
I have added scripts and css to the variables as Drupal 6 will not support including external script via drupal_add_js.
I have added latest module here http://mohitsharma.net/content/banckle-live-chat using drupal_set_html_head Hope this will help.
Also scripts and css will be loaded on the pages having visibility settings
Thanks let me know if still have any issue
Thanks
