Unable to edit or delete category after creation

Hi,

I installed the module in D7 and created three categories. After that I tried editing and deleting the category, but no action is performed. I get the same page http://yoursite/admin/structure/contact with list of the categories.

Is it happening because of some other module? Kindly look into the matter.
