Filing this against the 1.x-dev version, 1.8 is also affected.

In custom theme the share this pop up doesn't appear, and console is returning an undefined function.

I'm debugging this and will post the exact results shortly.

Ok, it was a case mismatch.

sharethis was being declared and called as sharethis in sharethis.js, but as shareThis in jquery.sharethis.js.

Patch attached.

After applying the patch, sharethis works in my custom theme.

I am closing this issue, as Drupal 6 is no longer supported. Please re-open it if the issue is still relevant for the Drupal 7 or 8 version of the module.
