I am using the toolbox widget display in a block. The block, positioned in a sidebar, is set to display on most of my site's pages. However, the service icons display only sporadically. Often, the only thing visible is the separator. But sometimes the widget displays completely, for no apparent reason. The problem is not browser-specific -- I see it in IE, Firefox, and Safari.
One thing is consistent: when I edit and save a page, the icons appear. But when I leave the page and return to it, they're gone again. The behavior is the same whether the AddThis JS is cached or not, and whether CSS files are aggregated or not.
I have looked at the CSS for a possible conflict, but haven't found one. Can someone tell me what's going on and how to fix it?

Les LimHard to tell. Do you have block caching turned on in Site configuration > Performance?

clayton c CreditAttribution: clayton c commentedYes, I did. Now that I've turned it off, the widget seems to display consistently. THANK YOU!!!!!
As long as I have Page Caching turned on, leaving Block Caching turned off should not mean too much of a performance hit, should it?

Les LimFor anonymous users, page caching supersedes block caching, so yes. If your site mostly serves logged-in users, you might take a slight hit, depending on how block-heavy your set up is.

I do have block caching turned off but, on a daily basis, we continue to see instances of the images not loading -- just a string of text links. And it's sporadic. Do you have a better idea now of what causes this, or any other recommendations of things to try? We are running the Boost module, but I have no evidence that it is causing the problem.
