Exclude sets from "flickr/user/sets/" ?

Hi, I've searched and searched for this so apologies if it's been covered elsewhere...

I love the flickr module and its working perfectly with my private photos on flickr, however I'd love to be able to exclude some sets from drupal on the "flickr/user/sets/" page, rather than pulling in everything.

Is this already possible?

As a note, I'm only pulling in one user's flickr photos and have no need to offer this exclude function (or the flickr module) to any other user
