When "Enable the debugging (placeholder) blocks for the selected roles. " is checked and one turns on the show blocks button, then ALL the debug blocks currently configured show up on the page. That is useful in itself, but it also is not representative of the actual site if those blocks do not contain any content.

If you do not have any sidebars, for instance, then the content region only shows as grid-6 in width (or whatever you have set). It does not stretch out to simulate the actual current viewable content.

In addition to the show debug blocks, it would be beneficial to also be able to hide 'empty' debug blocks when showing debug blocks. That might be difficult since the debug blocks are not truly empty, but it would be neat to see what the page would look like if the sidebars (either or) did or did not contain content just by clicking a button. We could watch the main content region expand and contract by toggling the feature.

I think they've got a point. Can we have the debug blocks render for only the regions that are rendered? This would save a lot of time confusion for new themers to omega.

Similar but also frustrating: if you disable a region using context, enabling debugging the regions makes the regions re-appear.
