I think it'd be great if Colorbox could integrate with WYSIWYG's Link feature.
All you'd need to do is add a checkbox to the Link popup for enabling Colorbox, and possibly some fields for setting the width and height (see attached).
Then users could create a link to page or file, tick the box, and Colorbox would automatically add the 'colorbox-load' class to the link tag and append '?width=x&height=y' to the link URL.

If someone else contribute a nice looking patch I would be happy to commit it.

I can make a patch if you like but I don' t know were link classes are located and I don't have so much time right now to read the module's source code. Do you know a file to look for them?
