I have almost the exact same issue. When I try and delete a user account it just gives me this error.

I'm getting the same issue here. Any resloution with this? I had to go to the database and manually delete the user record instead. I'm on the latest Drupal 7 install as of 3/20/2012.

Oauth 3.0 working fine until I updated core from 7.14 to 7.15. We noticed the table for the Oauth settings in the database got deleted but since the module is there it is still looking for the settings in there. Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Oauth module didn't fix it nor an upgrade to Oauth 3.1beta1. Cannot delete accounts but can block. I'm not a developer just a daily user. Even my hosting company senior admins can't figure it. Do we have a bug?
