Advagg breaks panel pages (modalframes)

I ran into this issue after installing the panels module. I updated advagg 1.1 and flushed the caches. I try to add some panel pages and try to make some changes, but all I can see is a redirect to the response page of the modalframe in panels like this.

Have u got some suggestions or similar problems? I just disable advagg for developing my pages and activate then when I am finished, but its not a real solution.
