I'm not sure what that pattern is called that the "add", "edit view name/description", and other similar drop-down buttons are, but their lowercase titles fall out of sync with the standards established elsewhere (buttons, tabs, menu links, etc.) of using "Sentence capitalization." (This is hinted at, though not explicitly spelled out at User interface best practices by virtue of the examples it shows.) Even within the Views interface itself there's this inconsistency; display names, form submit buttons, field/filter/etc. names, etc. are all Capitalized, and these buttons are not. It makes writing documentation for Views awkward.
Is there a deliberate reason this lowercasing was done? Is revisiting this decision remotely on the table?

dawehnerThis is somehow a question for Jeff Noyes

dawehnerUnassign from myself.
It seems to be that they are lowercased to point out the verb-character of the word.
