This part of the GSoC Project is about implementing a queuing system for rules. This will allow users to delay the execution of rules. The system will work using drupal queues, and will be integrated into rules itself.

I started working on this issue, but I soon realized that I would get finished in time, so I had to cancel it out of my GSoC project and improved the rules link module and the rules UI API instead.
