Corrected variable_get default value for date_first_day to match date.module default settings (Monday as first of week)

The previous commit doesn't actually fix the "extra week" bug. This
commit does resolve the issue for all months in 2010 and start-of-week
values.

The end of the month calculation, used to determine how many weeks to
display, was off by one. This resulted in some months displaying an
unnecessary extra week at the end.
