I already had previously experience creating actions for rules, as a submodule. I'd like to create an action to send a notification message.

Where can i find information about how to send a notification message trough DrupalChat?
Where is the function? How to call it?

Also, is it possible to define to whom send the notification by role?
Eg.: Specify that only users with "publishers" role will receive the notification about a new node.
DrupalChat Notification "knows" the role of the user?
