if site logo isnt set, it thows an error. should error out silently

Please, don't just attach an image. You need to put the complete text of the error here in the issue so it can be found in a search. And you need to search the issues first to make sure they haven't been reported before; duplicating issues makes it harder to focus effort on a solution.

The PHP notices in your image have already been reported and are being addressed in #1216858: Undefined variable: review in uc_payment_method_cod() (line 200 of ) PATCH, #998372: Strict errors thrown during checkout when sending emails, and #1070852: Mail Error After Checkout, and when trying to email an invoice.. You can help out in those issues if you want to see these notices resolved.
