Hi,
I'm pretty much a Drupal newbie and now I've managed to install eRecruiter successfully. I have never even heard of Solr before but I got everything up and running. My only problem now is that I have to start the Solr server manually through the terminal every time I visit my site. Is there a way to ensure that Solr is always running? My site is hosted at a web hotel.

klausiWe deploy Solr in Apache Tomcat, a servlet container that starts and stops automatically on reboot.
