I don't know whether it's support or feature request.

I want to show Dependent field on condition when NOT two defined values are used AND not empty value is chosen from Dependee field.

Like:
field_cv_edu_uni is visible when field_cv_edu_cnt has none of the values: FR, KZ, 0.
I can't define this empty value, I tried "none", "0" and even used space, but didn't help.

or smth like:
field_cv_edu_uni is invisible when field_cv_edu_cnt has at least one of the values: FR, KZ, "empty value"/"none".

I don't want to simply use "All of these values...", as there will be too many values (countries)

If field_cv_edu_cnt is a List widget, adding "_none" to the Set should work. Feel free to reopen if it doesn't...
