Release notes

*** Preparing for coming sub-modules ***
Added ability to remove icons.
Various CSS fixes.
Added configure link to .info file.

Sub-module information:
I am planning on including two sub-modules in the 7.x-2.x branch of Quickbar. One will add the ability to add a help popup to pages that are in the associated Quickbar menu. This functionality is envisioned to at least start off like Toolbar's (D6 contrib module, not D7 core module) help functionality is implemented. The second sub-module will allow the administrator to "organize" their menu links, allowing them to choose whether they should be on the left side (like all are at the moment) or be able to float some items to the right side. For example, if the menu contains a logout link, the admin might want to separate that link from the rest of the links. Also, being able to include the current user's login name and an optional link to their account page in Quickbar would be cool as well for this second sub-module.
