On admin/settings/cdn/other do you have *ckeditor.js in the blacklist?
I have a patch for the CDN module that auto adds all wysiwyg editors to the cdn blacklist #1070938-11: Support hook_cdn_blacklist() and hook_cdn_blacklist_alter() to deal with same-origin policy more flexibly

i applied the patch to the cdn module - which succeeded
I flushed the boost module, enable advagg and flushed and then I went to add content and still no ckeditor.
thanks for all your help

whoa wait a second I had labjs enabled.
I disabled it and then the ckeditor was back.
@mikeytown2
do you know what the conflict is with that how can I still use headjs or labjs in combination with cdn/advagg

thanks again
