It would be helpful to have some kind of documentation that comes with the module for how to configure it. In particular it would be helpful to know which menu the Quick Switch menu items get added to. I see that README.txt is still part of the 6.x branch, but I think something would still be helpful in the 7.x branch. I've edited the 6.x branch README.txt and attached it here with a suggestion for documenting the quick switch menu. I removed the module conflict section because I'm not sure if that is still relevant in 7.x.

x * Masquerade as 'the user selected': When clicked, the user can quick switch to the user selected.
 
 * Switch back: This menu item appears while masquerading so that you can switch back to your original user.
