I am using TUNDRA theme in Drupal 7
the Browser is Firefox 6.0
google chrome and safari both have even worse problems as I can not see the SAVE button at all.
there is no way to turn a module on from the admin screen assuming overlay is on.
not sure how to resolve this.
but I am including a picture of the bottone of my firefox screen

IrishGringo CreditAttribution: IrishGringo commentedthe issue was the overlay module... tundra had nothing to do with this problem, as there are other themes with same issue.
