Yes, you should. The idea behind this module is to set the NO_CACHE cookie less, and more restrictively. If you leave the pressflow version on you will still set it just as much (and for as long) as before.

Thank you for the explanation.

I asked because I saw the sentence "[T]his module is an enhancement of ..." on the project page. Perhaps you could change the wording there (e.g. "enhancement" -> "replacement") to make this clearer.
