imageapi_imagemagick should implement hook_requirements() to check to see if it can find the convert binary so users can see problems from the Status Report.

I will see if I can generate a patch for this.

Attached can be used as a starting point. It works for me, but I don't have a a D6 site going where I can test the install/disable/uninstall process.
