when I enable this module, then I can't update the fields for comment driven.
I can't update files via comment driven
I made it so that a person does not have to enter any information into the comment. With this module on, this is not set.

I suspect the Content Refresh module *might* help you bridge the gap between Authcache and "Comment Driven" ?
